Job Description
A pre-IPO technology company backed by top-tier investors is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A to build out their financial planning function. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the CFO and board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Build and maintain 3-statement financial models
- Develop business performance dashboards for leadership and board
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on unit economics, LTV, CAC and burn rate
- Partner with business unit heads to drive financial accountability
- Support CFO in investor reporting and fundraising processes
Requirements
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance with 5+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company preferred
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Proficiency in financial tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Experience with fundraising or IPO preparation is a strong plus
