Job Description
A leading private sector bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at a high-volume retail branch in Mumbai. The role carries full P&L responsibility and manages a team of 20+ banking professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a branch team of 20+ staff
- Drive business targets: CASA, loans, insurance and investment products
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Build and manage relationships with HNI customers
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Report to Cluster Head on branch performance
Requirements
- 6+ years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch management
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting business targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- MBA in Finance preferred
- NCFM certification is an advantage
