Job Description
A top-5 FMCG company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for their West India region. You will manage demand planning, procurement, warehousing and last-mile distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional supply chain operations across West India
- Drive demand forecasting accuracy and inventory optimisation
- Manage 3PL and distribution partners
- Implement cost reduction initiatives (target: 8% YOY reduction)
- Build and lead a team of 15 supply chain professionals
- Drive digital transformation of supply chain processes
Requirements
- 6+ years in supply chain management, ideally in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, S&OP and inventory management
- Experience managing 3PL relationships
- Proficiency in SAP MM/WM modules
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain from a reputed institution
