Job Description
A NABH-accredited multi-speciality hospital is seeking experienced Critical Care Nurses for their 24-bed ICU. The role offers excellent career development and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and handover documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Adhere to infection control protocols and patient safety standards
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with valid RNC registration
- 2+ years of critical care / ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification mandatory
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
