Job Description
A leading EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale urban infrastructure project in the NCR region. The role involves managing a multi-discipline team and multiple sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of civil infrastructure project (₹150Cr contract value)
- Manage project programme, cost and quality
- Coordinate multi-discipline teams (civil, MEP, structural)
- Manage sub-contractor relationships and performance
- Prepare and present project reports to client and senior management
- Ensure HSE compliance across all site activities
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of project management experience
- Track record of delivering projects worth ₹50Cr+ on time and budget
- Strong understanding of contracts (NEC/FIDIC preferred)
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in urban infrastructure (roads, bridges, metro or utilities)
