Job Description
A WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager for their oral solids dosage plant. You will manage the full production cycle for formulations destined for export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily production schedules for oral solids (tablets, capsules)
- Ensure GMP compliance across all production activities
- Manage a team of 60+ production operators and supervisors
- Drive OEE improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Liaise with QA, QC and regulatory affairs teams
- Prepare for and manage regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO)
Requirements
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 7+ years in pharmaceutical production
- Strong knowledge of GMP, WHO, USFDA requirements
- Experience in oral solids dosage manufacturing
- Team management experience of 40+ people
- Knowledge of batch records, SOPs and deviation management
- Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma certification preferred
